We appreciate your purchase at Antique Decore! If you're not satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@antiquedecore.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you have any concerns about a specific item, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us before purchasing.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

5. Exchanges

To get the product you need, the quickest way is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
